- Regardless of check-in or check-out times, we are committed to keeping you comfortable during your time with us. All our guests have complimentary use of the shower and change rooms and space to relax within the Pool House at Steenberg Hotel & Spa.

Applicable to all room categories.
Extra Bed:
Children from 4 to 12 years, stay for free.
Children from 13 – 17 years stay for R1 140 per child, per night (until 28 February 2027) & R1 250 per child, per night (from 1 March 2027).
Applicable to all room categories, except Classic Rooms.
PAYMENT POLICY
- 20% deposit within 7 days of booking
- Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date – full payment due within 7 days of booking
- If payment is not received by the due date, then Steenberg Hotel & Spa reserves the right to cancel the reservation
