REST & RESET WELLNESS RETREAT

A four-day, three-night immersive retreat at Steenberg Hotel & Spa

Set between vineyards, gardens and mountain views in the Constantia Winelands, the Rest & Reset Wellness Retreat invites you to step out of routine and into a slower rhythm.

Over four days and three nights, this guided experience brings together mindful movement, meditation, conscious breathwork, sound healing, spa time and moments of stillness on the farm. It is a retreat designed to help you reset gently and return feeling clearer, lighter and more grounded.

Each day unfolds with intention. Mornings begin with yoga and meditation, followed by leisurely breakfasts and a schedule that balances guided wellness practices with time to rest. Spa treatments, workshops, nature walks and breath-led sessions are woven through the retreat, allowing space for both restoration and reflection.

At Steenberg, wellness is shaped by place as much as practice. Between sessions, guests can settle into the calm of the hotel and spa, take in the natural beauty of the farm, and enjoy unhurried meals across the estate. The setting is quiet, expansive and close to the city, yet feels entirely removed from it.

A gentle rhythm over four days
Arrival begins with check-in from 14h00 and a welcome orientation. The following days include morning yoga and meditation, breakfast, spa treatment or leisure time, a workshop, lunch, sound healing, a guided nature walk and conscious breathwork. On the final morning, guests gather for yoga, a closing circle, breakfast at Tryn and check-out at 11h00.
