The Canvas Collection Menu is designed for two, encouraging connection, conversation and the simple pleasure of sharing great food and wine.
Expect a progression of beautifully balanced dishes, each paired with wines from the Steenberg Canvas Collection, showcasing both elegance and depth.
Highlights from the menu include:
- Creamy zucchini & chervil soup with preserved lemon and goats’ cheese mousse
- Pickled fish taco with smoked jalapeño mayo, avocado pulp and wild rocket
- Baked brie with quince, whipped almond mousse and thyme-infused honey
- Mushroom & beef carpaccio with toasted walnuts and lime mayo
- Slow-cooked venison with creamy polenta and truffle-infused jus
Each element is carefully considered to create a harmonious balance between comfort and refinement.
