The Canvas Collection Menu is designed for two, encouraging connection, conversation and the simple pleasure of sharing great food and wine.

Expect a progression of beautifully balanced dishes, each paired with wines from the Steenberg Canvas Collection, showcasing both elegance and depth.

  • Creamy zucchini & chervil soup with preserved lemon and goats’ cheese mousse
  • Pickled fish taco with smoked jalapeño mayo, avocado pulp and wild rocket
  • Baked brie with quince, whipped almond mousse and thyme-infused honey
  • Mushroom & beef carpaccio with toasted walnuts and lime mayo
  • Slow-cooked venison with creamy polenta and truffle-infused jus
