The setting is absolutely lovely, and the staff couldn't be more welcoming. My tasting was a wonderful experience that truly showcased South African hospitality.

We had a really lovely time at the wine tasting. There were more than enough options to choose from, making it a fun and flexible experience based on your preferences. We especially loved the sparkling wine tasting, it was refreshing and beautifully curated. There were also all-white and mixed tasting options, so there's truly something for everyone.

The most beautiful setting in the heart of the vineyards, alongside the working winery, is made even more spectacular by its striking stainless steel tanks and oak barrels. The tasting room is adjacent to Bistro Sixteen82 and surrounded by magnificent gardens and contemporary water features. The wines are outstanding, with the Black Swan Sauvignon Blanc being my personal favourite. The descriptions of the wines were only surpassed by the passionate storytelling of Steenberg's rich history.

One of the best wine tasting experiences in Cape Town. It was about so much more than simply tasting the wines, it was about learning their history and appreciating the passion and craftsmanship that goes into creating each one. Thank you for making our wine tasting such a memorable experience. We can't wait to visit again!

What an amazing experience. Our waiter really went out of his way to make it extra special and even an extra tasting of selected wines. Definitely going again and beautiful scenery.
