Raised on a pineapple farm and trained at Silwood, Chef Kerry’s culinary journey has taken her from La Colombe to The Food Barn before joining Steenberg. Her cooking is inspired by flavours and techniques gathered throughout her travels and career, blending global influences with a strong foundation in classical French technique. Passionate about seasonal produce and thoughtful flavour combinations, she creates dishes that are both refined and approachable.
At the Bistro, her cooking is vibrant and generous – designed to be shared and enjoyed alongside Steenberg’s wines.
