Job Description:

As a Spa Therapist at Steenberg Hotel and Spa, you will be responsible for providing professional spa treatments and services to our guests. Your primary duties will include:

• Conducting spa consultations to identify guests’ needs and preferences.
• Performing a variety of massage and body treatments, including but not limited to Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, aromatherapy, facials, and body wraps.
• Upholding the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the spa area.
• Recommending and promoting spa products and services to guests.
• Maintaining accurate records of treatments administered.
• Ensuring guest satisfaction by delivering personalized and exceptional service.
• Collaborating with the team to create a peaceful and welcoming spa environment.
• Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and continuously enhancing your skills.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Spa Therapist, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort spa.
• Recognized certification or diploma in Massage Therapy or Spa Treatments.
• Strong knowledge of various massage techniques and spa treatments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional customer service orientation and the ability to create a positive guest experience.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Attention to detail and a high level of professionalism.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required.
