Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Responsibilities:

• Manage group reservations efficiently, ensuring accurate and timely processing of bookings for conferences, events, and large guest parties.
• Liaise with event organizers, corporate clients, and travel agencies to coordinate group bookings, providing detailed information on available packages and services.
• Prepare comprehensive group reservation reports, detailing room allocations, special requests, and event specifications for various hotel departments.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote group packages and offerings, providing exceptional customer service to potential clients.
• Coordinate with different hotel departments to ensure all group requirements are met, including catering, room setup, and additional amenities.
• Handle guest inquiries and concerns related to group bookings, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of group bookings in the reservation system.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in group reservations or a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
• Proficiency in hotel reservation systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Positive attitude, adaptability, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
