Oversee and coordinate the planning, organizing, training and leadership necessary to achieve stated objectives in sales, costs, employee retention, guest service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness and sanitation.To incorporate the Playbook principles and create authentic curated experiences that elevate connection within the business and create an energised team. Minimum Requirements

  • Matric
  • Hospitality Diploma, WSET Level 2, Management course
  • 2 years in a similar position
