  • Strong knowledge of financial principles, IFRS, and South African tax regulations.
  • Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of all departments.
  • Lead and motivate staff, providing guidance, support, and training to maintain high levels of productivity and guest satisfaction.
  • Manage guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally, resolving issues to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
  • Coordinate with various departments, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance, to ensure seamless guest services.
