RETURNS, EXCHANGE & DELIVERY

Delivery Policy

Orders will be processed within 7 working days subject to the funds reflecting in our bank account. Delivery for Cape Town and Surrounds is handled in-house and orders for the rest of South Africa are handled by a courier company for delivery. Delivery can take up to 7 working days from dispatch to the courier company dependent on the delivery area. The cost per delivery is dependent on the destination area.

Your Expectations

We will consider it our sole and unfettered discretion, the replacement or refund of any wine that is perceived faulty or of a lesser quality than the expectation from our products. These will only be considered within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Faulty Goods

When the wine is regarded as faulty, we kindly request that the remainder of the suspected goods are returned to Steenberg Vineyards. If the wine indeed lacks quality or is faulty, we will fully compensate for the return delivery and issue a replacement or refund.

Cancel or Modify an Existing Order

If you wish to return or cancel your order, courier charges incurred when sending goods back to Steenberg Vineyards will be for your personal account. Goods must be returned within 7 days of your receipt and must be in its original condition to qualify for a refund.

Refund for Incorrectly Supplied Goods

If the delivery does not match the ordered goods, we will gladly replace the incorrect goods if such goods have been returned in their original condition within 30 days from date of delivery. If for some reason the correct vintage cannot be sourced, we will offer an alternate vintage or refund.

Selection Assistance

Unfortunately we cannot compensate for any case where the wines do not meet personal preference. You are more than welcome to contact us for any advice on wine selection prior to purchase.
